Lillie Plunkett, Property Manager, Memphis, TN, Family Member
Lillie is my big sister. For years, we affectionately called her "sistah." I thank God for my sister and the relationship that we share. Although, she is twelve
years my senior, and with two sisters in between us, she's my best friend. Lillie is the perfect big sister. By example, she teaches us strength, wisdom, and
discipline. Big sister is an important role and our big sister takes her role serious and to heart. What a privilege it is to have a big sister like Lillie and we love
her! Lillie's testimony of grace and prosperity is a true testimony of how God provides..Lillie glows with prosperity. To know her struggle and her story will truly
amaze you. People often think that her financial income is more than what it is. Spend time with Lillie too see and understand how God stretches a paycheck,
puts you in a home, shield and protects you, let you ride around in a Mercedes, gives you health and strength, keeps you looking youthful and well taken care
of. It's just amazing how the Lord provides
.He's Always Providing For Me! "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all." (Psalms 34:19) Divorced, single parent, financial
difficulties, episodes of depression and anxiety, often passed over for promotions on jobs, fired for no apparent reason, broken relationships and deceived by so called friends.
For thirteen years, the devil had an attack on my life and I was trying everything I could to break this curse. Daily prayer time, tithing, fasting, going to church, reading the bible,
confessing sins, and asking for forgiveness and forgiving others. The harder I tried the deeper in the hole I got. Finally, I began to listen to this small still voice on the inside of
me. God was trying to tell me something. "You are trying to do everything yourself." I began to listen. "A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven." (John
4:27) My turning point came when I started to count my positives (blessings) instead of my negatives. "Delight thyself in the Lord; and He shall give thee the desires of your
heart; commit thy ways unto the Lord; trust also in him and He will bring it to pass." (Psalms 37:4-5) I had a sincere desire to please the Lord and serve Him. All of a sudden
my life took on a new meaning and I was thirsty for God's word. I surrendered and waited for his guidance. My negative attitude turned positive. Blessings were coming from
every side. Peace and prosperity were mine just for the asking. There are times, when I still have to fight to keep a positive attitude but I know now, that is Satan's way of trying
to attack again. I also know that the choice is mine and I don't have to give in. God's grace and mercy has kept me. He's provided over and over again until my cup over flows.
I marvel at the goodness of the Lord and how much he has done for me. He is my keeper. He is my provider. He is the lover of my soul. He is my everything. What a mighty
God we serve!

Rev. & Mrs. Robert Miller, Decatur, GA, Family Members
Barbara is my other sister. She is three years older than me, I truly believe that God kept the same mold when he made us. We share many similarities.
Although, she lives in Georgia the miles do not separate us in mind or spirit. Barbara and Robert began their journey together as high school
sweethearts at Carver High School in Memphis, TN. Today, they celebrate thirty years of marriage, three children, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law,
and five grandchildren. Robert serves as Senior Pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, Ellendale, GA. Barbara labors along side of him, as Director of the
Trinity Christian Academy (grades K-12). God has moved tremendously in the lives of these two servants. To hear both of their testimonies from

Dewayne Washington, Entrepreneur, Memphis, TN
“At the age of 38, I was reading on the level of a nine year old,” Dewayne shook his head sadly. “I had managed to get through high school and received a
high school diploma with poor reading skills.” It wasn’t until 2001when he was taking a continuing education course for non-degree seeking students that
an instructor noticed his literacy incompetence. Dewayne goes on to explain how God had already started working in his life by delivering him from an
unsaved lifestyle of hustling and drugs. “Oh, I had money and I was my own business man. I could buy anything I wanted but I couldn’t buy an education. I
felt so ashamed when the teacher approached me about my reading skills,” he continued. “I could only bow my head and acknowledge the truth. I wanted
help and I needed help. He was placed in a Vocational Rehab Program, which promised a degree and job placement after completion. Still, Dewayne was
faced with literacy problems and poor comprehension skills. “I wanted that vocational program bad,” Dewayne laughed.

“Everybody said I was going to fail. I even doubted myself.” Through another source, he was directed to the Literacy Council and was enrolled in a six-month program.
Simultaneously, he worked his way through the literacy program and attended college classes. Inspired by his young daughter, he was able to read to her from her books
and the books that he was bringing home from the Literacy Council’s reading program. To the glory of God and with a renewed Christian lifestyle, Dewayne graduated from
Southwest Community College with honors and was deemed 2003-2004 Ambassador of the Year. Out of 1,100 students, only four were recognized for their excellence to
excel. Dewayne was one of the four. He received an Associates Degree in Applied Science and an Associates Degree in Pre-Press & Multi Media. During that same time,
his daughter also brought home a trophy for her reading acceleration. “I want young people to know that education is powerful and it shouldn’t be taken for granted,”
Dewayne sighed. “It took me twenty years to realize what I needed and what’s important in my life. My wife, my kids, a renewed and born again lifestyle are my biggest
priorities.” To see him in action with his high-tech computers and graphic skills is a sight to behold. And when I see him put pencil to paper with confidence, speed, and
accuracy, I see God’s favor in motion. Dewayne can handle your graphic needs. This Christian brother is highly blessed and favored in the Lord. Visit Dewayne at www.

Sandra Reyes, New Destiny Church, Memphis, TN
I felt a connection when I first saw her on the parking lot at the church. That same night after Bible study, Pastor Monte Campbell was standing with her and
called for me to take her testimony. A few minutes later, I was holding her hand and listening to an awesome testimony. "I’m a new person," she whispered.
"I’m not that negative person that I once was. God has changed me." Sandra experienced a brain aneurysm on January 8, 1998. While at work and handling
business on the phone for a deaf friend, she was suddenly overcome with a severe and intense headache. She passed out and found herself on the floor
when she regained consciousness. A few hours later, she was in the hospital fighting for her life. The first miracle, per her doctors, was that she regained
consciousness.
The second miracle was that she had no insurance but the doctor stated he would operate anyway. A phone call was made to her mother who lived two hours away to hurry
to the hospital but they doubted that she would ever see her daughter alive again. The third miracle was that Sandra made it off the operating table alive. While in intensive
care, she survived a life threatening error in treatment, which made for another miracle. Her recovery was anticipated to be long and slow but to God’s glory, she was back
on her feet and working within two months. “I was in the laundry room one day and a friend’s young child didn’t believe in miracles and I had to tell my story.” Sandra began
to tell her miracle story to this child as a living testimony that miracles happen. The scar from the top of her forehead around to her ear gave visual image of her surgery. “The
look on that child’s face hit home with me,” she wiped a tear. "I know that God saved me. I’ve a lot of things in my life that I’m ashamed of but God has a purpose and plan for
me. I no longer feel bad about who I am and the things I’ve experienced. The new Sandra is alive and well and giving God all the glory and praise. Joel 2:25 & 26, “And I will
restore to you the years that the locust has eaten, the canker worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmer worm, my great army which I have sent among you. And you shall eat
in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and my people should never be ashamed.” Praise God for Sandra’
s life and awesome healing. We rejoice with her and celebrate her testimony.

Joyce Thomas, New Destiny Church, Memphis, TN
Joyce is one of the most anointed usher/greeters that you will ever meet at New Destiny Church of Memphis. Her arms are always open to hug and greet
just about everyone who walks through the doors. “I got something to shout about,” she said excitedly. “I know what God can do and I know what He’s
done for me.” Joyce is a thirteen-year breast cancer survivor. In 1991, on a Friday, she had a series of doctor’s appointments that started out from her
feeling fatigue. By the end of the evening, she was in a surgeon’s office discussing a lump, which had been found in her left breast. Her family was
depressed and feeling pretty down about what she was about to face but Joyce wasn’t having that. “I’ve got to live and live life to the fullest,” she declared.
The following Monday, she underwent surgery for the mastectomy of her left breast.
During her treatments of chemotherapy, Joyce continued to work on her job and never missed a beat. In January 2004, she was again faced with a lump in her right breast.
"I wasn’t worried because I knew by His stripes I was healed," she stated. This lump turned out to be benign and she can still be seen and heard shouting God’s praises.
Joyce’s message to all women is to have a yearly mammogram and check your breasts. She credits her physician for finding the lump and sending her straight on from
his office to another appointment and yet another appointment on the same day. Joyce is always willing to speak to anyone who is facing cancer concerns and does just
that through other organizations when called upon. "Somebody may be sitting right next to me and going through the same or similar circumstance and I want to be able to
tell them that God is good and what he’s done for others he can do the same for them. Yes Lord, I got a testimony and I don’t mind telling it." So when you see Joyce at any
time and especially when she’s on duty at New Birth Memphis greeting, ushering, praising and shouting, just know that she has a testimony to tell. To God be the Glory!!
“Surely, he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he
was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:4-5

Candance Johnson, FedEx, Memphis, TN
I had never met this young lady but I found myself in constant prayer for her healing. Candance and I worked together at FedEx on the same floor but in
separate departments. Upon returning to work on March 30, 1999, I learned that Candance had been stricken with several aneurysms and was in critical
condition. Her coworkers were distraught and tearful. Like so many others, I felt compelled to pray for this young lady. Later, I learned that she was in a
coma and was not expected to live through the night. By me not knowing her, other coworkers would always share the same remarks about her personality
and disposition. She was described as a happy person who laughed all the time. That's been over three years ago. Today, I am glad to announce that I
have finally met this blessed, favored, and courageous young lady. I knew without a doubt that hers would be the first of the many testimonies that I would
publish online. Read Candance's amazing testimony.

In a vibrant, high pitched voice, filled with excitement and joy, Candance gave me her testimony. When I mentioned that I was from FedEx and that I wanted to publish her
testimony online, she squealed with excitement. Candance’s story begins on the morning of March 30, 1999. On this day, she was scheduled for a follow-up appointment
with her gynecologist pertaining to birth control pills that had been making her sick. On that morning, she informed a family member that she was feeling sick and the
paramedics were called to the home. After a brief examination, she was not taken to the hospital because her symptoms were considered flu-like. Shortly after, she went
into a seizure, and another family member was called and they rushed her to the hospital. The doctors informed the family that Candance had suffered a total of six
strokes. Immediately, she was rushed into surgery and a hole was drilled in her skull to relieve the pressure to her brain. After the surgery, Candance went into a coma.
The prognosis was not good. Doctors had expected her to die during surgery and not live through the night. But our God, our Lord, said differently! For six months, she
lived in a comatose state at St. Francis Hospital, Memphis, TN. Candance’s mother, Mrs. Lucille Lee, was present the day Candance opened her eyes from her coma.
Unable, to speak because of the trachea to her throat, she heard her mother’s voice and joy filled their hearts. “The Lord will bring her out of her darkness and into the
light, and we will see his righteousness. For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for Him to help them.” From St. Francis, she was sent to the nursing
home. Candance had no speech, could not sit upright, and was fed through a tubular peg in her stomach, Doctors said she would be a vegetable for life. But our God,
our Lord, said differently! Today, Candance is sitting up, talking, and has her full memory and mental ability. Unable to walk and limited mobility on her own, her mother
states she has now began to assist caregivers in moving and positioning her body. What a mighty God we serve!
In searching the scriptures, I can hear the spirit and voice within Candance as she proclaims through the written word of God. Psalms 138:8 -- "The LORD will work out
his plans for my life, for your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever. Don't abandon me, for you made me.” Psalms 71:20 -“You have allowed me to suffer much hardship,
but you will restore me to life again and lift me up from the depths of all the earth.” Psalms 73:26 - “My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the
strength of my heart, he is mine forever.” Psalms 62:5 - “I wait quietly before God because my hope is in him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress, where I
will not be shaken.” Now, I say as in James 5:11, “See, we count as blessed those who have endured.” 1 Peter 5:10, states, “Now the God of all grace, who called you to
His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will personally restore, establish, strengthen, and support you after you have suffered a little.” Finally, (Isaiah 61:3), “For the Lord has
planted her like a strong and graceful oak for his own glory.” Praise God for Candance! Praise God for her testimony! Praise God for her life!
